Streptavidin

The BM-Streptavidin chips provide surfaces coated with streptavidin for forming strong bonds with biotin-modified molecules. These surfaces offer high surface loading capacity with low non-specific binding.

BM-Streptavidin chips are recommended for following applications:

  • kinetic evaluations and microarray printing of biotinylated (bio)molecules
  • protein/peptide interactions
  • DNA/RNA/oligonucleotide applications

Amino

The BM-Amino chips provide surfaces with amino groups for further covalent surface functionalisation and/or coupling of (bio)molecules using user activated molecules (e.g. EDC/NHS, Epoxy, ...). These surfaces are offered either as 2D-biopolymer or 3D-biopolymer.

2D-amino chips
BM-2D amino chips provide medium surface loading capacity with extremely low non-specific binding. They are recommended for following applications:

  • kinetic evaluations and microarray printing
  • protein/peptide interactions
  • DNA/RNA/oligonucleotide applications

3D-amino chips
BM-3D amino chips provide high surface loading capacity with low non-specific binding. They are recommended for following applications:

  • kinetic evaluations and microarray printing
  • protein/peptide interactions
  • DNA/RNA/oligonucleotide applications

Carboxy

The BM-Carboxy chips provide surfaces with carboxylic groups that can be activated (e.g. using NHS/EDC) by the user for further covalent surface functionalisation and/or coupling of (bio)molecules containing amino groups. These surfaces are offered either as 2D-biopolymer or 3D-biopolymer.

NHS

The BM-NHS chips provide surfaces with NHS groups that are amino reactive. They can be directly used for coupling of (bio)molecules to the surface that contain amino groups. These surfaces are offered either as 2D-biopolymer or 3D-biopolymer.
